helpful staff

marmont heritage was fantastic! the location is perfect, just a short walk to the main promenade. our deluxe double room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond by helping with our bags. loved the hot tub too!

A delightful spot with a fantastic location for exploring the city and nearby attractions. The Superior Double Room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a lovely opening window for fresh air. Staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure comfort, while the breakfast spread, including homemade muffins, was both fresh and tasty. A slight downside was the loud air conditioning, but this didn't overshadow an otherwise wonderful experience.

The location is excellent! I loved how easy it was to explore the Old Town on foot. My Standard Double Room was exceptionally spacious and comfortable, with a superb bed that made for a great night's sleep. The high-quality bathroom amenities were a delightful bonus. Also, the panoramic view from my window was breathtaking, capturing both the cityscape and historic landmarks beautifully.

The receptionist's communication could improve.

The Superior Double Room was super spacious and clean. It had a comfy bed and a bathroom with great water pressure. I liked the little desk area too. The wifi was solid for browsing. The only thing was the air conditioning could get a bit noisy at times. Overall, a cozy spot in the middle of everything.
